Refund policy

Vintage & Secondhand Items — All Sales Final

 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any vintage or secondhand purchases. All vintage items are sold as-is.

 

Every piece is carefully inspected, honestly photographed, and its condition described before listing. Each vintage and secondhand garment is steamed, washed, and sanitized before shipment — your item arrives clean and ready to wear. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

 

Custom Dress Orders

Every custom garment is made specifically for you. The following terms apply to all custom orders:

 

— Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable and compensates for the time and materials committed to your order.

— Delivery & Review Period: Upon receiving your finished garment, you have one day (24 hours) to raise any concerns. Lady Britt will make every effort to address and resolve any issues within that window.

— If an issue cannot be resolved: If Lady Britt is unable to correct a concern to your satisfaction within one day of delivery, the remaining balance is waived. You keep the garment — your only cost is the deposit paid at the time of booking.

— Final Payment: If you are satisfied — or any concerns are resolved within the one-day window — the remaining 50% balance is due upon acceptance of the finished piece.
