Vintage orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom dress orders ship upon completion — your specific timeline is verified at booking.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight — the exact amount is shown before you complete payment.

 

Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking to update after receiving the notification.

 

Custom Orders
Custom dress orders ship directly to you upon completion. Because each piece is made to order, your shipping date depends on the turnaround selected at booking. You'll be contacted directly once your garment is ready.
